1. About the Service
FlowFox is a cloud-based task and workflow management platform provided by AOPG. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is deemed to be carried out by you. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities; attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform; reverse-engineer or resell the Service; or upload malicious code. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Data Storage, Security & Availability
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. We do not guarantee protection against breaches, cyberattacks, or data loss. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance or unforeseen issues.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” AOPG is not liable for loss of revenue, data, business opportunities, service interruptions, or any indirect damages.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a license to store and process it solely to operate the Service.

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We collect only necessary data and do not sell your personal information. GDPR and PDPA rights apply as described, including access, correction, deletion, and data portability.
